Job Description
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–6 years of warehouse experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); ability to read and interpret packing lists, BOLs, and shipping documentation
- Experience operating material movement equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Experience with inventory counts, order verification, and documentation; comfortable working with small, precision electronic components

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 2–6 material handlers across receiving, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
- Support manufacturing operations by ensuring timely staging, kitting, and replenishing production materials and components.
- Subject matter expert on inventory moves, issues, transfers, bins, and flow.
- Manage outbound order fulfillment, including pick/pack verification, carrier scheduling, BOL preparation, and on-time shipment execution.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventory participation, and real-time transaction recording in ERP/WMS
- Document owner for transaction related work instructions for warehouse staff
- Perform root-cause analysis on inventory variances to implement permanent corrective actions.
- Participate and/or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participation in Tier 3 Daily Accountability meetings.
- Review and reporting of daily/weekly KPI’s related to inventory accuracy and activities.
- Inventory count leader for year-end inventory, including year-end audit support.
- Execute accurate inventory transactions in ERP/WMS including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Develop and maintain WMS system, bin locations and designations, and license plate structure for finished goods and raw materials.
- Develop and maintain Kanban processes for material flow.
- Monitor and enforce warehouse safety standards, housekeeping practices, and compliance with OSHA requirements.
- Train, coach, and develop material handlers; conduct performance feedback and address attendance or behavioral issues in partnership with management and HR
- Collaborate with Production, Procurement/Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to align warehouse capacity and priorities with business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce errors, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and support reporting needs related to shipping activity, inventory levels, and labor productivity.

- Two to Four Year College Degree preferred, Supply Chain/Operations or related is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- ERP experience desired, Acumatica experience a plus.
- Ability to lead people with respect, collaboration, and integrity.
- Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
- Ability to understand and uphold Safety, ESD, PPE, and ISO protocols.
- Strong accuracy in inventory counts, order verification, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Superior organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate throughout the production area and facilities as needed, which may require standing and walking for extended periods and wearing PPE in designated areas
- Ability to safely work on and around manufacturing equipment in a dynamic industrial setting.
- Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
