We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Road Logistics – Cloud Operations to lead our U.S. operations. In this role, you will drive business growth, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will have full ownership of the U.S. cloud financial performance (P&L) while fostering a culture that makes our organization the partner of choice for customers and the employer of choice for talent.

Business Development
- Own the branch P&L, including cost control and revenue growth
- Identify market opportunities and lead strategic sales initiatives
- Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and wallet share
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Operations
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous process improvement
- Drive transformation initiatives across logistics functions
- Leverage technology to improve efficiency and customer outcomes
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and compliance
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
- Maintain strong oversight of contracts, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Uphold quality, safety, and environmental (QSHE) standards
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in simialr role with leadership experience
- 5+ years of Proven experience in customer management
- Strong background in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL operations
- Experience managing P&L and driving commercial performance
- Deep knowledge of logistics operations, products, and systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent time management and conflict resolution skills

Base pay is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
