Growth Manager

This role is a position within the KA Operations – Growth team, responsible for defining and executing high-impact growth strategies for key accounts and the platform. The team collaborates closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Product to drive brand strategy, promotional campaigns, pricing optimization, and product-led growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of growth levers, leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, and design innovative approaches to expand the platform’s user base, increase first orders through key accounts, and scale order volume sustainably. This is a highly visible role with impact on the platform‘s growth objectives.
