Job Description
- Lead the planning process for your designated region and product portfolio. Make strategic recommendations to executive leadership based on demand forecasts.
- Lead the monthly cross-functional sales and operations planning cycle, driving decisions and actions to mitigate risks and achieve business plans.
- Lead engagement with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply) to influence decisions, drive consensus, and clearly communicate goals, progress, and deadlines.
- Oversee all demand and fulfillment planning activities, including managing optimal levels of channel inventory to balance availability through the product's lifecycle. Lead supply allocation exercises and oversee order fulfillment.
- Lead weekly collaborative, planning, forecasting, and replenishment discussions with third-party resellers to drive forecast accuracy.
