Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Responsibilities- Promotes a safe work environment by ensuring associates use proper safety equipment.
- Maintains work areas (e.g., keeps floors free of debris, ensures equipment is operational and clean, and removes hazards).
- Requests materials, supplies, parts, and repair services as needed.
- Manages daily production operations by planning and establishing work schedules and assignments.
- Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes, and practices for quality and effectiveness.
- Inspects materials, products, and equipment for defects or malfunctions.
- Assists with production sequence planning to meet production goals and deliver superior customer service.
- Ensures timely resolution of associate performance concerns.
- Completes and analyzes departmental reports.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives within a Lean culture by documenting and implementing improved processes.
- Participates in new hire onboarding and ongoing associate training.
- Provides process improvement guidance related to waste control, quality management, and process effectiveness.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities by:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
- Communicating goals and objectives
- Building accountability and measuring progress toward results
- Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ supervisory experience in a related environment (for example, logistics / supply chain, dairy plant, food processing, manufacturing).2 years’ experience in clerical-related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) and computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Visio).
