Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is located on the southern tip of the island of Bali on the northeast slopes of the Bukit peninsula. Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill".We are seeking for a passionate and driven individual to join our Housekeeping team as a Management in Training (MIT). This program is designed for aspiring hospitality leaders who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences.
About the role:
As a Management in Training - Housekeeping, you will embark on a structured learning journey within our Housekeeping division. You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of the department, developing both operational expertise and leadership capabilities in a supportive and dynamic environment.
What you will do:
Learn and support daily Housekeeping operations, including guestrooms, public areas, and laundry.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in training, scheduling, and quality inspections.
Build strong relationships with both guests and employees through genuine care and communication.
Contribute ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
What you bring:
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Housekeeping, preferably in Supervisor level.
A genuine passion for service excellence and luxury hospitality,
Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem solving and positive attitude.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work all types of shifts, weekends and holidays.
Minimum qualification of Diploma.
