
Treatment Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and compassionately.
- Coordinate scheduling of patient appointments and follow-ups in collaboration with clinical staff.
- Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients to address questions, concerns, and ensure understanding of treatment plans.
- Work closely with oral surgeons and clinical team to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Promote patient compliance and satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office, preferably in oral surgery or specialty practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex treatment plans and financial information clearly.
- Proficient with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Monday – Friday, day shift
- Must be local and able to commute daily

- Working on-site is essential to the function of this position.
- Must be able to stand up to 80% of the time at minimum.
- Physical requirements include sitting, stooping, turning, standing, bending, walking, hearing, reading, writing, and keyboarding, may lift up to 25 lbs.
