- Provide temporary onsite leadership and operational support at assigned communities.
- Serve in Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, or Leasing Consultant capacities as needed.
- Oversee leasing, resident relations, collections, reporting, and daily property operations.
- Assess property performance and identify issues impacting occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and compliance.
- Reinforce company policies, procedures, and Fair Housing requirements.
- Coach, train, and support onsite team members to improve operational performance.
- Conduct property inspections, audits, and operational reviews.
- Prepare reports and communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
- Complete administrative responsibilities, tracking tools, and management reporting.
- Travel frequently, including overnight stays, to provide onsite coverage throughout the portfolio.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of residential property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, resident relations, and property operations.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Yardi.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges, prioritize tasks, and drive short-term results.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, driving record review, and credit check.

- Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex documents.
- Ability to verbally and in writing communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a copy machine, printer, telephone or fax machine.
- Moderate level of repetitive typing using a computer keyboard.
- Must be able to frequently walk the apartment community.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position. Is occasionally required to move about inside the office to access files cabinets, supplies, and office equipment, etc.
- Alternate between sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
- Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Occasionally lift, carry and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- The noise level in the work environment will be moderate.
- Ability to travel to different work sites via personal automobile, rental car, airplane and other public transportation modes on occasion
