Sobre a Posição:
We are seeking a Product Development Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing complex automotive testing, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Suas Responsabilidades serão:
1. Test Planning: Develop and manage detailed test plans to validate new or modified automotive products and components according to project specifications.
2. Test Execution: Conduct laboratory and field tests, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the results.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify flaws and opportunities for improvement, presenting detailed reports with technical recommendations.
4. Methodology Development: Create and improve test methodologies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
5. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with design, product development, and quality teams to ensure the integration and contextualization of test results.
6. Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all tests are conducted in accordance with automotive industry standards and regulations.
Quais Qualificações você trará:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or related fields, preferably with specialization in testing or quality.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering in the automotive sector, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in automotive testing techniques, failure analysis and diagnostic tools. Knowledge of automotive electronic and software systems is a plus.
4. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret technical data.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and successfully lead cross-functional teams and projects.
6. Languages: Proficiency in English is desirable, considering collaboration with global teams.
