Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs
✅ Present and promote company products/services to potential and existing customers
✅ Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
✅ Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert advice to clients
✅ Track sales performance and report on key metrics
✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
✅ Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction

Previous sales experience (preferred but not required for entry-level roles)
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets
Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
