Only a current Area Coordinator, CSM, or Department Manager at this location will be eligible for this PIC role. Position Overview The Person in Charge (PIC) position is a secondary work assignment that you must apply and be selected for. Your schedule will flex between your current role and the PIC role. When not scheduled as a PIC all PIC responsibilities will default to the store management team, and you will resume the responsibilities of your current role.
