👋 What are our wishes?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of eight years of professional experience in business process architecture, enterprise architecture, business analysis, or related disciplines.

  • At least three years of focused experience in integration and core-systems landscape analysis in complex, multi-system environments.

  • Strong proficiency in process mapping, value stream mapping, and enterprise architecture modeling notations such as ArchiMate.

  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and technologies, including REST and SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, ESB/iPaaS, file-based interfaces, batch integrations, and middleware concepts.

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi, Sparx Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, Visio, or comparable modeling platforms.

  • Familiarity with ERP, HRMS, CRM, financial, document management, operations, and reporting systems, including common integration patterns between them.

  • Ability to apply AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini to improve delivery efficiency and output quality is an advantage.

  • TOGAF, BPM CBOK, or Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.

💼 How can you contribute to the team?

Role Summary

Support the Enterprise Architecture team within client’s Information Technology Department by advancing the organization’s business process and integration architecture practice. The role brings clarity to how work flows across core enterprise systems, helping stakeholders understand current-state integration, identify pain points and redundancies, and define a coherent target-state architecture aligned with client’s digital agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document current-state business processes across functional and operational domains.

  • Develop end-to-end process maps, value stream maps, and other recognized process views suitable for integration analysis and decision-making

  • Capture process owners, roles, inputs and outputs, business rules, KPIs, controls, pain points, systems of record, and systems of engagement.

  • Document integration touchpoints, data flows, interface types, middleware components, and dependencies across core enterprise platforms.

  • Identify integration gaps, redundancies, point-to-point dependencies, single points of failure, and opportunities for rationalization.

  • Collaborate with solution architects, integration engineers, data architects, business analysts, and business stakeholders to align process-level views with technical architecture.

  • Define target-state process and integration architectures aligned with enterprise architecture principles, client’s digital strategy, and applicable reference architectures.

  • Recommend process simplification, automation, decoupling, API-led integration, event-driven architecture, canonical data models, and other practical improvement patterns.

  • Develop transition roadmaps with prioritized improvements, clear sequencing, measurable business benefits, and actionable next steps.

  • Maintain process and integration artifacts in the enterprise architecture repository and support EA governance forums with clear business-friendly visuals and recommendations.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Process Discovery & Mapping – Current-state process elicitation, end-to-end process modeling, value stream mapping, role and KPI capture, and pain-point analysis.

  • Integration Architecture Analysis – Documentation of system touchpoints, data flows, interface types, middleware components, dependencies, gaps, and rationalization opportunities.

  • Target-State Design & Roadmapping – Definition of to-be architectures, improvement recommendations, transition plans, and clear business outcomes.

  • Governance, Standards & Communication – Contribution to modeling standards, repository structure, metadata, naming conventions, EA review forums, and stakeholder ready narratives.

Work Arrangement

  • Work from home, with on-site attendance at client Headquarters in Ortigas as requested by the supervisor.

  • Work schedule: 8AM–5PM Manila Time.
