Job Description:

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking for a Planning Senior Manager to join our team. This position is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunity to contribute, learn and grow.

Project Planning & Scheduling

· Create, manage, and continuously update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.

· Ensure all schedules are aligned with key project milestones and deliverables to support on-time execution.

Resource & Cost Planning

· Plan and coordinate resource requirements, including manpower and materials, alongside cost forecasting activities.

· Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to drive timely achievement of project milestones.

· Track project progress and regularly update schedules to reflect actual performance and deviations.

Risk & Change Management

· Proactively identify potential scheduling risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

· Oversee change management processes, ensuring all change orders are properly documented, reviewed, and approved.

Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain accurate and organized records of all planning activities, including audit documentation.

· Monitor and report key project performance indicators such as progress, productivity, and delays to stakeholders.

· Support cost control and forecasting by integrating schedule updates with budget data.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).

· At least 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.

· Extensive experience in planning and scheduling for industrial or high-tech projects.

· Familiarity with semiconductor facility construction and cleanroom environments is highly desirable.

· Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

· Strong knowledge of ERP systems and other planning tools.
