Key Responsibilities:
- Formalize and ensure adherence to Ceva Group Tender Desk rules, responsibilities, and methodologies.
- Manage Global Tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and locally controlled RFQs for key accounts.
- Maintain effective data management including tender archives, rate collection, and repository management.
- Ensure strong follow-ups with stakeholders and manage end-to-end lifecycle of service requests.
- Act as a troubleshooter for rate-related issues during the bidding process and post-award stage.
- Coordinate with ISC, Front Offices (GAM/RAM/KAM, Vertical Sales, Local Sales), Middle Office (Air & Sea Freight Procurement, Customs, Operations), and Global Network teams.
- Support the complete tender lifecycle from pre-tender preparation and review, tender launch, solution design, to post-RFQ updates and analysis.
- Ensure clarity of customer requirements by actively engaging with Account Owners.
- Analyze tender requirements, involve relevant stakeholders, and validate inputs received for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the entire RFx process including preparation of response formats, pricing matrices, managing bid queries, and ensuring timely submission.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, competitive proposals for validation and submission to customers/bid owners.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on ongoing, upcoming, and submitted tenders.
- Maintain Tender Radar, dashboards, post-bid analysis, and performance reports to support decision-making and competitive pricing.
- Ensure 100% on-time submission of tenders; proactively escalate potential delays.
- Conduct audit and quality checks for A+, A, and B category RFQs to ensure error-free submissions.
- Identify and implement improvement initiatives that enhance processes and add value to the team.
Requirements & Skills:
- Graduate with 7–10 years of experience in Tender/Bid Management (logistics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of RFx processes and pricing concepts (Air/Sea freight).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
