Job Description

Provide high-quality customer service by responding to client queries via telephone and email, following established procedures and service standards. Support the team in delivering consistent and professional service, contributing to overall business objectives through reliable and courteous client interactions.

Are you someone who can

  • Achieve the delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards.
  • Maximise cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Provide accurate and reliable sales and service statistics.
  • Compliance with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules.
  • Track, control and influence sales and service activities with the specific aim to increase sales and service efficiencies.
  • Manage the growth of active customer Account Base to increase client base.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

  • Have a degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
  • Have 1- 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Have knowledge of the Bank’s products (it will be an added advantage).
