Product Management Senior Specialist

The International Baccalaureate (IB) is undergoing a significant digital transformation. As a Product Management Senior Specialist in our newly established Digital Office, you will help shape IB’s digital product ecosystem and how we serve schools, educators, and learners globally.

The Digital Office leads IB’s product strategy with end-to-end ownership of customer-facing platforms and new digital initiatives. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering measurable impact in a rapidly evolving education landscape.

This role focuses on Salesforce and CRM products supporting School Operations, spanning the full school lifecycle from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement including marketing automation, sales pipeline management, authorization and evaluation, workforce management, and customer service.
