Staff Frontend Software Engineer - React and Next.js

• Architect & Build: Lead the design and development of high-performance, secure, and scalable frontend solutions.
• Engineering Excellence: Champion high-quality standards in developing great user interfaces that impact users worldwide.
• Testing Strategy: Drive reliability through unit testing, integration testing, and a Shift-Left/TDD approach.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work within Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), moving self-driven toward a common team or company purpose with minimal supervision.

• Experience: Bringing 10+ years of professional experience relevant to high-level engineering roles.
• Fundamentals: Mastering Vanilla JavaScript—you understand the core of the language beyond the frameworks.
• Modern Stacks: Delivering robust applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Testing Culture: Implementing TDD and Shift-Left mentalities to catch issues early and often.

🛠️ Your Technical Toolkit:

• Core: Expert-level Vanilla JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js.
• Quality: Deep knowledge of Testing (Unit, Integration, TDD, Shift-Left).
• Cloud: Professional experience with Azure Cloud is considered a significant plus.
• Observability: Familiarity or experience with New Relic for monitoring and performance is a plus.
• Methodology: Strong experience working in Scrum and Kanban environments.

• Screening - Reviewing CVs and eligibility verification.
• 1st Call - 30-minute call to assess Technical & Culture Fit with an IT Recruiter.
• Tech Interview - 2-hour call with two of our Engineers to assess your knowledge in depth, featuring theoretical scenarios and architectural exercises.
• Cultural Interview - 1-hour call with a Minder to ensure alignment with our values.
• Project/Client Call - A final 30 to 60-minute call to ensure the perfect fit for a specific mission.
