Director - Digital & AI

You will develop a strategic, comprehensive digital roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives Identify opportunities for digital innovation and create strategies to leverage these opportunities Establish frameworks for AI governance, data quality, and responsible AI use in partnership with IT and risk functions Oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital products and platforms, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable ROI You will research and recommend new digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, including core operational improvements and transformational (“disruption”) projects Ensure integration across systems (ERP, CRM, operational platforms) to enable end-to-end digital workflows You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and performance metrics Partner closely with IT to define technology architecture, system integration, and platform strategy Evaluate and implement new technologies, vendors, and tools to support digital strategy You will be responsible for ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards
