Housing Support Specialist II: HERO (Housing Empowering Recovery from Opioids)- Region 3- 6982

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: The Housing Support Specialist provides intensive case management services to adults and families in housing crisis or in potential housing crisis. The housing support specialist works to increase the independence and self-efficacy of individuals and families who are homeless. Staff works with households to help them obtain affordable and quality housing as well as providing outreach support, case management, skills teaching, advocacy and linkage.
