The Mortgage Processor III is responsible for managing the full spectrum of mortgage loan processing activities from initial application through final preparation for closing across all loan types. This role requires frequent interaction with borrowers, real estate professionals, and third-party partners to ensure all documentation and conditions are met in accordance with investor, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
