Position Overview The Equity Administration Manager is accountable for the accurate, compliant, and timely administration of the Company’s equity compensation programs. This role serves as the operational owner of equity awards across their full lifecycle and ensures alignment with public company governance, SEC reporting requirements, internal controls, and employee experience standards. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in equity plans, strong attention to detail, comfort operating in a SOX controlled environment, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors. The Equity Administration Manager will report to Senior Director, Total Rewards. Controlled.
