Director of Human Resources

The Capital District YMCA is in search of a Director of Human Resources at our Administrative Offices located in Colonie, NY!

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the overall management and direction of human resource programs and functions for the association including short and long-term strategies to attract, develop and retain a qualified workforce.
