Are you an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager ready to lead a stable, well-performing community? We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee a 112-unit community in Fairview, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong LIHTC (Tax Credit) experience who takes pride in operational excellence and resident satisfaction.

What You�ll Bring
- 5+ years of Affordable Housing / LIHTC Property Management experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC compliance, and Fair Housing regulations
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop on-site teams
- Experience managing budgets, occupancy, and financial performance
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
What You�ll Do
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the community
- Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and rent collections
- Ensure full LIHTC compliance and successful audits/inspections
- Maintain strong resident relationships and retention efforts
- Oversee maintenance operations, vendors, and property condition
- Manage budgets, reporting, and financial performance
