Job Responsibilities
· PC Reps have involvement with the accumulative Players Club database which includes entering data into the ACSC computer program to create new Players Club accounts; updating and/or making necessary corrections to existing Players Club accounts; and answering guest inquiries related to their Players Club account- ex. point balances, promotional entries earned
· Understand and properly communicate the benefits and privileges of the Players Club
· Recognize and build relationships with frequent guests
· Recognize abusers of the program and notify Management
· Be able to answer clearly and understand all guest questions; have expert knowledge of the facility including all promotions, offers and events and be able to accurately communicate this information to the guests
· Actively seek out new Players Club members for card acquisition, utilization and email acquisition
· Assist with, staff and monitor promotions such as slot tournaments, giveaways and award prizes
· Assist with events by staffing the Box Office, working a Will Call table giving out complimentary tickets
· Assist with working the Call Center under Player Development; making calls and offering/reserving gifts/offers
· Assist with Bus Tours/preparation and greeting if required
· Responsible for maintaining contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
· Inform management of all issues that may affect the smooth operations of the booths
· Must complete all transactions accurately and in a timely fashion while paying careful attention to providing exceptional guest service
· All other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Superior customer service skills (1-3 years experience preferred)
· Must be an outgoing and caring individual who can serve as an ambassador on behalf of the Company to both guests and fellow employees
· Ability to speak, read and write English; bilingual a plus
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Computer proficiency- Microsoft Office, Windows Operating System, database systems, email and ability to learn various computer systems and programs- Micros POS, ACSC, Total Promo, Ticketmaster
· Ability to work flexible hours including days, weekends, and holidays to specific job role
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to effectively present information about the facility and respond to inquiries or complaints from guests
