Randazzo Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This leadership role is ideal for a highly skilled HVAC professional committed to quality workmanship, safety, and exceptional customer service. The Lead Installer supervises a two-person installation team and ensures all projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Install furnaces, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and related equipment
· Install ductwork, sheet metal transitions, refrigeration lines, condensate systems, and venting
· Replace and diagnose electrical and mechanical components
· Maintain responsibility for company vehicle, tools, and inventory
· Procure materials to meet scheduled completion timelines
· Train and mentor junior technicians
· Ensure compliance with all codes, standards, and company policies
· Maintain professional appearance and strong customer relations
· Follow all safety procedures and safe work practices
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· HVAC certification or associate degree preferred
· EPA Certification required
· Minimum 2+ years HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)
· Strong technical troubleshooting skills
· ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
· Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
· Ability to mentor and develop team members
Schedule
· Day shift
· Overtime as required
· On-call rotation may be required
· Weekend and holiday work as needed
Physical Requirements
· Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
· Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs
· Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and confined areas
· Ability to work in varying weather conditions
