The Production Supervisor’s role is to support, direct, and manage the workforce and work area to safely produce customer requirements within budgeted costs.  Supervisors should spend 80% of their workday on the shop floor and 20% off the floor to perform their assigned responsibilities.  Responsible for the efficient and effective management of their area to meet goals including: - Safety Management - Policy/Employee Management - Time and Attendance - Productivity Management -
