Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2–5+ years of experience in client service, investment operations, or advisor support.
- Working knowledge of direct indexing or SMA concepts and account servicing workflows.
- Strong attention to details and professional communication skills.
