Transportation Specialist, On The Go

JFS is looking for a compassionate, mission-driven individual to join the On the Go team as a Transportation Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for older adults requesting transportation services that help them maintain independence and age in place with dignity. You’ll have the opportunity to provide compassionate, high-quality customer service over the phone and offer administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This position reports directly to the Director of Transportation Operations and works closely with the Transportation Manager and the rest of the On the Go team.
