Java J2EE Senior Technical Lead

What You’ll Do

1. Build, test, deploy, and support Java‑based software (microservices & monoliths).
2. Develop clean, performant Java (Java 21+) code and REST APIs.
3. Troubleshoot production issues using logs, traces, and profiling tools.
4. Work with AWS/Azure/GCP to deploy and operate cloud‑based services.
5. Build strong automated test coverage (unit, integration, E2E) and integrate it into CI/CD.
6. Follow secure coding practices 
7. Partner with support teams to resolve incidents and write clear RCA documentation.
8. Collaborate in code reviews, documentation, and cross‑team communication.

Requirements

1. Strong Java and backend engineering skills.
2. Experience with relational databases
3. Good Hands‑on cloud experience (AWS|Azure|GCP).
4. Solid testing and CI/CD practices.
5. Security‑minded development approach.
6. Clear communication and ownership mindset.
7. Good Linux and Windows knowledge

Nice to Have

1. Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
2. Message Queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
3. Terraform
4. Experience with feature flags
5. Transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTP, As2)
6. Java database connectivity (JDBC)
7. Entity mappings and database models (JPA/Hibernate)
8. PKI Infrastructure

Total Experience Expected: 08-10 years
