Overseas operations ensuring continuous improvements in customer and employee satisfaction while optimizing manpower, materials, and service efficiency. Acts as both operational and sales leader, responsible for driving branch growth and managing overall operations, including P&L oversight, sales performance, productivity, fleet management, safety, and operational efficiency within the assigned territory.
