Navigator RN Surgery Preadmission

Communicates with patients prior to scheduled surgery to ensure that required patient education and clinical assessments are accomplished. Coordinates scheduling of appointments for PAT Clinic and Surgical Home Model. Draws labs and perform EKGs on patients. Assesses the EMR and patient health records to identify the patient path of care
