About the role

HealthFitness is seeking an as‑needed/substitute Personal Trainer for a brand-new, high-energy client site in St. Paul, MN. The members are engaged, motivated, and excited about personal training—making this a great opportunity to step into a thriving fitness community.

Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. 

Minimum Requirements

• Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.

• Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

This is a commission only position.
