Building Maintenance Technician- Full Time, Day Shift

The Building Maintenance Technician performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks involving the general maintenance of the hospital building, equipment and systems.  Duties may include installing plumbing fixtures, replacing lighting fixtures, repairing hospital beds, drywall and painting repairs, repairing access control readers and door operators, cutting keys, testing electrical circuits, installation and repair of ceiling grids, trouble shooting and repairing HVAC issues, trouble shooting and repairing boiler and hot water heater problems, repairing and replacing pumps/motors and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, boiler, and generator and fire pump systems.  May be required to work nights and weekends on a 24/7
