Job Description
Assist in the responsibility for the overall supervision of the RV Park within established budgets. Plan and assist in developing and directing the staffing, supervising, training, and equitable treatment of all associates.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of related education and practical experience. Minimum of two or three-years' experience in Hotel Management.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Minimum of four years' leadership experience with financial/budgetary responsibility. Comprehension of the operational intricacies of the Sales, Finance, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Administration discipline is required.
