Job Description
The Senior Lease Administrator is a critical member of the Contracts and Procurement Team, responsible for managing a multi-location portfolio of commercial office leases in support of a growing government contracting enterprise. This role encompasses the full lease lifecycle—from site identification and lease negotiation through ongoing administration, ASC 842 accounting compliance, and portfolio-wide reporting. The Senior Lease Administrator will work closely with Finance, Contracts, and Operations to ensure that facilities obligations align with program requirements, including support for secure and SCIF-designated facilities.
