Description
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across two senior engineering leaders
- Coordinate recurring meeting cadences:
- Staff meetings (multiple team segments)
- 1:1s with direct reports
- Department all-hands and leadership meetings
- Optimize time allocation and meeting effectiveness
- Partner with engineering, marketing, finance, and program management teams
- Facilitate communication and alignment across functions
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, often with short timelines
- Manage on-site logistics for visitors, candidates, and partners
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in supporting senior leaders in engineering or technical organizations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 8+ years of demonstrated executive assistant experience supporting engineering leadership in aerospace, hardware, or manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and scheduling platforms
Additional Information:
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
Impulse Space’s spacecraft manufacturing business is subject to U.S. export regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
