At Allegro St. Augustine, we're looking for dedicated Medication Aides (Med Techs) who are passionate about helping residents live safely, comfortably, and independently. As a Medication Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Assisted Living residents by assisting with medication administration, daily care needs, and creating meaningful connections that brighten each resident's day. What You'll Do Assist residents with self-administration of medications in accordance with Florida state regulations and community policies. Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the nursing team. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Toileting Mobility and transfers Incontinence care Document care and medication assistance accurately and timely. Build meaningful relationships with residents and families. Work closely with caregivers, nursing staff, and leadership to ensure exceptional resident care. Participate in resident activities and help create a positive, engaging environment. Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, families, visitors, and fellow associates.
