Our consultants and experts globally work across all industries and provide deep experience and expertise across a number of topics including Digital Transformation, Data & Digital Platforms, AI at Scale, Agile, Cybersecurity and Digitizing the Tech Function. Our Tech and Digital offer encompasses tech experts across BCG and Platinion, providing seamless multidisciplinary solutions to our clients.

You will be a fundamental part of the team and work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the industry, significantly contributing to the development of diverse topics and support our ambitious growth targets. In this context, you will work hand in hand with C-levels and key decision makers of our clients, while playing a critical role in the firm's project teams, contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of business strategies for clients across various industries.
 
You will:
• Work on impactful projects that combine a deep understanding of the specific business with BCG’s trademark strategic expertise
• Play a role in the growth on diverse topics through case execution and client development
• Work on top priority topics while gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to understand complex business challenges
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and develop strategic recommendations
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the solutions proposed are tailored to the client's specific context. This involves frequent interactions with client team members and stakeholders
• Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to both the BCG project team and client stakeholders. 
• Own module, generate value for the client and adapt the work to changing demand
• Manage client team members and build client relationships
• Manage project leadership expectations and mentor and develop junior team members

Our consultants and experts globally work across all industries and provide deep experience and expertise across a number of topics including Digital Transformation, Data & Digital Platforms, AI at Scale, Agile, Cybersecurity and Digitizing the Tech Function.

Within this space, our Technology & Digital Advantage Insurance team (TDA/INS) focuses on supporting leading Insurance and Bancassurance players in designing and delivering large-scale technology and digital transformations, including core system modernization, data & digital platforms, Agentic/AI insurance transformation, new operating models and cost optimization programs. Our BCG TDA /INS team, complemented by Platinion – our experts in IT architecture and delivery offer seamless multidisciplinary and End to End solutions to our clients.

We’re looking for exceptional talent to join our Technology Advantage/ Insurance practice. You would typically have:

• 6-9 years of relevant experience in the technology and insurance field
• Proven time, people and project management skills
• Strong academic track record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
• Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently
