The primary responsibility of this position is to answer phones, greet visitors and new patients, and support the staff in day to day functions as needed.

  • Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Greet visitors and direct to appropriate office or resident room
  • Give directions and/or information to visitors, guests, residents, etc.
  • Assist with administrative duties (i.e. typing, filing, etc.) as directed
  • Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements

Must be 18 years old.

Would prefer 1 year customer service experience in similar setting.
