We are currently looking for a European Portuguese Teacher for one of our clients in Adelaide, Australia.

• Session length: two hours
• Location: 5038, Adelaide
• Student Level: Elementary
• Student Age Group: G: 65 and over
• Schedule: once per week, (As I am retired, I am very flexible. All weekdays would work for me except Tuesdays.I am not available on weekends. on I would be happy to have lessons any time between 9 am and 6 pm.)
• Start Date: 2026-05-25
• Motivation: I will be going to Portugal for 4 weeks in October this year for a holiday and I am keen to be able to communicate with Portuguese people in cafes, on public transport, in airbnbs, in shops, buying groceries etc.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Be a native European Portuguese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 30 km of the specified location

💼 Conditions

• Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
• Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
• Freelance, part-time position
• We are not able to sponsor visas
