Regional Shopfloor Software Engineer

Overall responsibilities and duties: • Execution of preparation of shopfloor software concepts and pilot surveys due to internal and external requirements as well as implementation and maintenance of the selected software The main missions of the role are: A Shopfloor Software Engineering • Preparation of shopfloor software concepts in consideration of existing and in the future used production and test equipment • Execution of pilot surveys due to internal and external requirements as well as selection and testing of shopfloor software • Organization and execution of workshops for the integration of shopfloor software together with internal and external partners • Implementation of shopfloor software in consideration of data protection, data security and availability • Configuring / Administration / Programming of shopfloor software in consideration of the valid Hella security- and data protection regulations • Executing in monitoring and optimization of the shopfloor system by appropriate system management- and system performance tools • Analyzing and repair of failures • Organization of trainings for the system users • Support from regional side to follow the group digitalization footprint, esp. in application preparation for FES Digital demands • Assess and prepare shopfloor digitalization use-cases as digital-driven savings contributing to company saving target B Projecting • Participate in project teams for any kind of product / product family related cost improvements
