
Divisional Sales Trainer
Job Description
This position will be responsible for effectively providing the comprehensive sales training to Westlake’s Dealer Account Managers in the field, through one-on-one tutoring, small group workshops, and formal classroom venues. Essential duties will include keeping Westlake’s sales staff abreast of new product initiatives, marketing strategies, and technology updates, with the objective of communicating successful and consistent tactics to the Dealer Account Managers. An additional responsibility of this position includes the assessment and evaluation of individual Account Manager performance in the quality delivery of services to Westlake dealerships, and sharing these evaluations with Regional Sales Management.
