We’re looking for a proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our team in Mt Wellington. You’ll support our Supply Chain Manager and Divisional Managers across Traffic Management, Surfacing and other cross‑functional teams, helping keep our operations running smoothly and our Good Work on track.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
This is a varied, office‑based role where no two days look quite the same. You’ll provide admin support across several divisions, from day‑to‑day tasks and data entry through to events and one‑off projects. Working closely with the Supply Chain Executive Divisional Manager and operational teams, you’ll help keep information accurate, meetings organised and projects moving. It’s a great role if you like variety, being in the thick of things and having your work make a visible difference.
Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administration support to multiple teams (including Traffic Management, Surfacing and other supply chain functions).
Assist with data entry, document preparation and maintaining accurate records and databases.
Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings and events (logistics, invitations, venues and catering).
Support ad hoc and one‑off projects across the division, stepping in where needed.
Assist with basic reporting, information gathering and compiling presentations or documents for stakeholders.
Help with general office duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.
Contribute to planning and organising activities that support effective supply chain and operational delivery.
There is plenty of scope for this role to grow and evolve over time, depending on your skills and interests.

Experience in administration and/or coordination roles.
Confidence working with the Microsoft Suite, including Excel.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to support different teams at once.
Data entry and database management experience, with good attention to detail.
The ability to compile and format basic reports or summaries.
Initiative, flexibility and a willingness to get involved in events, projects and new tasks as they come up.
A positive, “can‑do” attitude, happy to pitch in wherever needed and go the extra mile.
Experience in the civil construction or infrastructure industry (advantageous, but not essential).
