Internship Facility & Reception Management
Job Description
What will you do?
- Supporting the Facility & Reception Manager all day with issues and also completing special projects for school and for Hunkemöller.
- Being the first point of contact at reception, where you warmly welcome visitors and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Ordering office supplies for (overseas) stores and HQ.
- Preparing shipments for international franchise.
- Checking invoices for accuracy and accounting.
- Carrying out analysis across several areas of the department.
- Assisting with repro and courier services.
- Attending meetings with business partners.
- Involved in the update of internal FM manual.
- Planning office movements, as applicable.
About you!
- Is currently enrolled in an MBO/HBO facility management studies
- Can work independently and is able to deliver without detailed instructions.
- Fluent Dutch required. Has good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Can work at least 32 hours/week.

Eligibility Criteria
For this internship, you need to be available for 5 months starting in September 2026. Please note that your application will only be considered if you are enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship. Additionally, to comply with Dutch law, one of the following must apply:
- You are an EU citizen,
- You are on a Family/Partner visa, or
- You are a non-EU student studying in the Netherlands, and you meet at least one of the following requirements: (1) The internship is a mandatory part of your curriculum, OR (2) your university is willing to sign a third-party agreement (Nuffic Agreement).
