About the Role:
Highly motivated IT support professional with experience providing excellent customer service and troubleshooting technical issues, including password resets and connectivity problems. Skilled in managing service tickets, performing data entry, and handling clerical tasks such as maintaining IT inventory records and organizing documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask, prioritize requests efficiently, and assist in coordinating IT-related appointments and equipment procurement. Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for basic technical issues, including password resets, connectivity problems, and general troubleshooting
- Manage and track IT service tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within IT systems and documentation
- Maintain and organize IT inventory, including equipment, supplies, and asset tracking
- Schedule and coordinate IT appointments, service requests, and equipment distribution
- Assist with procurement processes by tracking orders, supplies, and vendor-related items
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support general administrative functions within the IT department to ensure efficient operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a support environment
