Ron’s Lumber & Home Center, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for our Café Server / Cashier position at our Howe, OK location.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Communicate orders to the kitchen, including allergies and special requests
  • Deliver orders and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized café and kitchen area
  • Complete pre-shift and post-shift tasks as assigned
  • Support overall café operations, including assisting at the register or in other areas as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2+ years of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling and service standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift moderate weight frequently
  • Sense of urgency and willingness to support the team as needed
  • Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best values
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer service
