YOUR TASKS  

At the reception  

• You are a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stay  

• You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-out  

• Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external technicians  

• You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activities  

• You handle the operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering to e-mails and online requests  

• You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive one  

• You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the job  

• You work in great in a team and are not afraid to jump in to support other departments every now and then  

As Service Staff  

• You are responsible for setting up and removing the buffet and ensuring constant availability of sufficient quantity and varied selection of appealingly presented food and beverages to the guests  

• You prepare simple cold dishes (cheese/sausage platters, salads, etc.) & drinks and advise guests on their composition & ingredients  

• You act as a host welcoming guests to breakfast, informing them about special offers and F&B offering  

• You maintain the cleanliness of your workstation in line with prescribed guidelines and company standards  

• You monitor the stock, place orders of food and consumables, and check deliveries  

• You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays, weekends, early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts  

At the bar  

• You act as a host, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing great service to our guests  

• You are responsible for taking orders, preparing and serving drinks (cocktails, long drinks, hot drinks) as well as snacks  

• You keep the bar area organized, stocked and clean  

• You provide guidance for all questions, wishes and problems  

YOUR PROFILE  

• You are outgoing and energetic, enjoying the buzz of a busy environment and performing a variety of tasks  

• You are a people person, taking pride in helping guests and making their stay memorable  

• You are a team player, always ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle challenges together  

• You are flexible and adventurous, happy to switch between bar and kitchen duties as needed  

• You are fluent in French and English (solid B1-B2 level); any extra language skills are a bonus  

• You are available for weekends, public holidays, day and evening shifts
