Senior Programme Officer / Programme Officer, Division of Artificial Intelligence

Responsibilities The positions are for Doctor of Artificial Intelligence Studies (DAIS) program and the appointee is expected to: • Manage course scheduling, timetabling, and coordination of teaching activities, ensuring alignment with the needs of high-profile students • Handle class logistics, including on-site arrangements, attendance check, catering, and accommodation (if necessary) • Manage budgeting, procurement, reimbursement and financial tasks related to programme activities • Act as the primary contact for students, addressing their needs promptly and professionally • Build strong relationships with students, faculty, and external stakeholders • Plan and coordinate experiential learning activities • Organize outreach events (e.g., alumni gatherings, industry talks) to enhance program engagement • Plan and coordinate promotional events • Prepare programme reports and data for internal and external purposes • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors
