Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Commission Platform Implementation Delivery Lead to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑scale sales incentive and commission solutions. This is a techno‑functional, delivery‑first role, accountable for successful platform implementations across business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on delivery leadership, deep understanding of sales compensation processes, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant system solutions.
The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of sales commission platform implementations, owning outcomes from discovery through go‑live and hypercare while leading multi‑stream programs across functional design, technical build, integrations, testing, migration, and deployment. This includes translating complex sales compensation plans into scalable, compliant, system‑ready functional and technical designs; partnering closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and Revenue Operations to validate requirements; and guiding technical teams on data models, integrations, calculations, and performance optimisation. The position provides platform and integration oversight across leading commission solutions, manages data migration and reconciliation, and serves as the primary point of accountability for delivery success. It also involves leading and mentoring cross‑functional and vendor teams, facilitating governance forums, ensuring robust quality and testing practices, and driving change management, operational readiness, and continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and platform usage.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise system delivery, in sales commission or incentive compensation platforms
- Proven track record as a Delivery Lead / Implementation Lead / Solution Lead
- Strong understanding of sales compensation concepts (crediting, quotas, accelerators, SPIFFs, clawbacks)
- Experience bridging business and technical teams in complex delivery environments
- Hands‑on experience with at least one leading sales commission platform
- Strong data, integration, and systems thinking mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Technical & Delivery Skills
- Platform configuration and solution design
- Data integration patterns (CRM, ERP, HR, Payroll)
- SQL / data analysis for reconciliation and validation
- Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies
- Risk, dependency, and release management
