Job Description

Denali Physical Therapy is a busy outpatient clinic. We’re hiring a reliable Physical Therapy Technician to support clinicians and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, patient-focused role. You’ll assist with treatment setup and help create a positive experience for every patient.

We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment who enjoys helping others and stepping in where needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment setup
  • Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
  • Guide patients through exercises as directed by therapists
  • Monitor patient flow and help keep the clinic running on schedule
  • Support front office tasks as needed (phones, scheduling, basic admin)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working on your feet and assisting patients physically
  • Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel; EMR experience is a plus)
  • Flexible and dependable with scheduling
